Terms and Conditions
Cancellation and Rescheduling
I value your time and mine. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice will be subject to a fee of 50% of the treatment price.
The "Life Happens" Exception: If you need to cancel within the 24-hour window, the fee will be waived provided you reschedule the appointment for a new date within the next 14 days at the time of cancellation.
No-shows will be charged the full price of the missed appointment.
Late arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to ensure the next client isn't kept waiting. The full treatment price will still apply.
Health and Safety
Your wellbeing is the priority.
Please disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries during your initial consultation or at the time of booking.
If you are feeling unwell (fever, cough, etc.), please reschedule. I reserve the right to refuse treatment if a condition is contraindicated (unsafe) for massage.
Professional Conduct
This is a professional therapeutic environment. Any inappropriate remarks, gestures, or behavior will result in the immediate termination of the session, and the full fee will be charged.
Payments
Payments are due at the time of booking. I accept [Cash/Card/Bank Transfer]. If you wish to pay with cash let me know and I’ll send you a different link.

Your personal and medical information is kept strictly confidential and stored securely in accordance with data protection laws.
